Hindi mo pa to alam siguro pero if alam mo na then it's an advantage as a Host
Possible di mo pa to nagawa at sa tingin mo na di mo need kasi you feel na your listing is perfect na kasi ikaw nga yung nag setup. Pero di mo ba alam na sometimes yung akala mong set kana pero may kulang pa pala or may na kaligtaan ka palang part. Staying in your Airbnb overnight ay may malaking chance na malaman mo kung ano yung kulang at need na ayosin pa.
Alam naman nating napakahalaga ng oras at sometimes almost the same lang yung messages ng guests kaya naisip nating gumamit ng automated message, pero di mo pa ata alam na nakaka apekto yan sa experience ng guest na feeling nila wala kang time sa kanila to attain their questions personally or feeling unwelcomed sila.
Ito na ata ang isa sa pinaka common na madalas mina maliit ng ibang Host. Some Host walang personal touch sa place, such as welcome notes or yung local recommendations. Isa ito sa sign ng guest na you're not giving effort to give them the best experience in your place.
